Hooked: Britney Spears Is Madly In Love With Boyfriend David Lucado

Singer Britney Spears has spoken publicly about her love for boyfriend David Lucado.
The singer began dating David eight months ago, after she split from fiancé Jason Trawick. According to Britney, not only is her beau a strong, independent man, but he also inspires her with his passion.

“I’m in love… I like the fact that [David is] very stubborn and he’s stuck in his ways,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “He’s just a simple man. I adore him. He’s really funny and he’s really passionate. I love the fact that anything he’s involved in he’s passionate about and it’s contagious.”





The pop star revealed she met David through mutual friends. She also admits her father Jamie Spears investigated his background to make sure there were no skeletons in his closet.

“My dad’s a little crazy like that,” she said.
