Pinkies Foundation Is Not a Lesbian Group – Actress Iyabo Ojo Cries Out

A renowned actress, Iyabo Ojo, has established the Pinkies Foundation Group in the early 2011.

The primary aims of the Group were bringing women together irrespective of age or social class, supporting each other and sharing ideas in business, health and improving family values.

Nevertheless, some people made fun of it, considered it as a lesbian group. Iyabo Ojo got tired of such claims, gave a direct answer in an interview with Sunday Express:

“My foundation is not about that. Do I look like a lesbian? I am not a lesbian. Nigerians like attaching irrelevant things to something. They are saying that because I am an actress and because of the name Sexy Pinkies ladies.

But it hasn't stopped me from achieving my goals. 80% of the women in the group are married with kids. I am not one who supports Lesbi.

I don't have a problem with those who practice it, it's their choice but I do not believe in it because I don’t think it’s normal. It’s not biblical. I am not condemning the practitioners but to me it’s not normal.”
